Getting started with the application is straightforward: create a driver profile in the Wialon system using their phone number and mobile key, assign this driver to a unit, and authorize access via the app.

The platform enables automation of order management through a range of advanced functions:

• View a comprehensive list of orders with detailed information for each one;
• Track and assess delivery progress in real-time;
• Observe orders and estimated routes on an integrated map;
• Receive push notifications for important events related to orders, routes, and delivery processes;
• Create a detailed route to an order by utilizing external navigation applications;
• Assign a status to each order (confirmed/rejected), and add comments or photos;
• Communicate with operators to report any circumstances that may affect delivery;
• Confirm deliveries by attaching a photo of the customer's signature along with details such as customer name, delivery time, and date;
• Benefit from a tablet-optimized interface to view orders in both tabular form and on a map simultaneously;
• Utilize your smartphone as a tracking device if needed.
