• Observe orders and estimated routes on an integrated map;
• Receive push notifications for important events related to orders, routes, and delivery processes;
• Create a detailed route to an order by utilizing external navigation applications;
• Assign a status to each order (confirmed/rejected), and add comments or photos;
• Communicate with operators to report any circumstances that may affect delivery;
• Confirm deliveries by attaching a photo of the customer's signature along with details such as customer name, delivery time, and date;
