Logistics by Gurtam, the developer behind the Wialon satellite tracking system, is tailored specifically for distribution companies and delivery services. The newly developed order management application enhances the Logistics web service for couriers and drivers.

Upon installation of Logistics Mobile, your smartphone transforms into a vital link between the office and field operations.

Getting started with the application is straightforward: create a driver profile in the Wialon system using their phone number and mobile key, assign this driver to a unit, and authorize access via the app.

The platform enables automation of order management through a range of advanced functions:
<ul>
 <li>View a comprehensive list of orders with detailed information for each one;</li>
 <li>Track and assess delivery progress in real-time;</li>
 <li>Observe orders and estimated routes on an integrated map;</li>
 <li>Receive push notifications for important events related to orders, routes, and delivery processes;</li>
 <li>Create a detailed route to an order by utilizing external navigation applications;</li>
 <li>Assign a status to each order (confirmed/rejected), and add comments or photos;</li>
 <li>Communicate with operators to report any circumstances that may affect delivery;</li>
 <li>Confirm deliveries by attaching a photo of the customer's signature along with details such as customer name, delivery time, and date;</li>
 <li>Benefit from a tablet-optimized interface to view orders in both tabular form and on a map simultaneously;</li>
 <li>Utilize your smartphone as a tracking device if needed.</li>
</ul>
